Accessibility
Statement

We build websites people can actually use — every person, every device, every ability. Here's what that means in practice.

Our Commitment

Venom Vision is committed to making our website usable by everyone — including people who rely on assistive technology, keyboard navigation, or custom display settings.

Our target: We aim to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across our website. Accessibility is treated as a design requirement, not a checkbox — it's built in from the start.

If something on this site is hard to use for any reason, we want to know. The contact form at the bottom of this page goes directly to us — not a support queue.

Standards & Compliance

We reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as our framework. The four core principles are:

Perceivable
Information is available to all senses Text alternatives for non-text content; captions for media; sufficient contrast; content not reliant on color alone.
Operable
All functionality is keyboard accessible No keyboard traps; users control timing; no content that triggers seizures; clear navigation landmarks.
Understandable
Content is clear and predictable Language declared; consistent navigation; errors identified and suggestions provided in plain language.
Robust
Compatible with assistive technologies Valid, semantic HTML that current and future tools can reliably interpret.

This site also aligns with ADA Title III technical standards for digital accessibility.

Known Limitations

We work hard to close any gaps, but we're honest about what exists today:

  • Third-party embeds — Forms or widgets hosted externally (scheduling tools, payment processors) may not fully meet our standards. We flag these where possible and provide alternatives.
  • Legacy blog content — Older posts may have images with missing or thin alt text. We're working through these in batches.
  • PDF documents — Any downloadable PDFs may not yet be fully tagged for screen reader access. Contact us for an accessible version.

If you hit something we haven't listed, please report it — we track and address every reported barrier.

Report a Barrier

Found something that doesn't work for you? Tell us — directly. No support ticket, no queue.

To help us fix it fast, include:

  • The page URL where the issue occurred
  • What you were trying to do
  • The assistive tool or browser you're using
  • Steps to reproduce (if known)

We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and resolve confirmed barriers within 10 business days.
